Provisional Order
Completing the online order form does not confirm an agreed order. It is only when you make full payment and approve the pdf design (that will be sent to you via email) is when your order will be confirmed.
Care for your Ribbon
The print on satin ribbons will not be effected under normal handling but is not scratch or water resistant. Please be advised that too much handling or rubbing i.e. retying of knots or bows, will effect the print. Metallic print, matt gold and pink print is rain/splash proof.
Payment Conditions
Due to the personalised nature of the work, full payment is required before commencing the work. No refunds or cancellations available after we have received payment and approval of the design.
Delivery Information
Your ribbon will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, unless told otherwise. As recorded delivery requires a signature you may need to collect your ribbon from your local post office depot if it cannot be delivered on the first attempt. Creative Ribbon is not liable for any compensation in the unlikely event that your ribbon being lost in the post.
